Brigham's Hot Fudge Sauce Recipe

Boston's Favorite Hot Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 12oz can Carnation evaporated milk
  • 1 1lb box confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.

  2. Add evaporated milk.

  3. Gradually add confectioners sugar while stirring.

  4. Stir constantly for about 20 minutes until you have a very fudge-like consistency.

  5. Carefully pour into small jars for gifting.

  6. Cool before covering.
